This policy describes how KMCN Lab LLC (“we”) handles information on this website and in the mobile applications we publish that are designed to work entirely on your device, including Pinarik and Opusketch.
What we do not collect
Those applications do not collect, sell, or share personal information. They do not ask you to create an account. They do not show advertising, and they do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools.
Data on your device
Goals, notes, songs, and anything else you create stay on your device. We do not receive that content. Removing the application removes the data it stored, apart from backups your device makes on its own, which we do not control.
This website
This website is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, and no analytics. It does not use cookies to track you.
If you write to hello@kmcn-lab.com, we use your message and your email address only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Pile Commander
Pile Commander is a separate product, with a desktop app, a browser app, and optional cloud features. How that product handles data is described at pile-commander.com. This policy does not say that Pile Commander collects no data.
Children
Our on-device applications are not built to collect personal information from children, or from anyone else.
Changes
If an application starts to handle personal data in a different way, we will update this policy, and the date above, before that change applies.
